 I'm completely new at this...I don't know where to start...Let me just start by saying I tried something on pinterest tonight, this Pumpkin Pie Smoothie...sounds good right? WRONG!! It must've been made by some crazy vegan or gluten free psycho...so I tweaked it and made it yummy. I am finding most things on pinterest are not that great, so I am here to tweak them. Maybe the food network will discover me and I can quit nursing school and...no guess not.  Anyway, here ya go....the improved pumpkin pie smoothie...and it's good. 


Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

1/3 cup puree pumpkin
1/3 cup greek yogurt
a few shakes of pumpkin pie spice
little bit of vanilla (eyeball it)
and BROWN SUGAR to taste. 
A small glass of ice. (About 5-10 pieces)
Blend. 



The original recipe said to put in 1/2 a banana as sweetener. I had to put in a whole banana then the sugar. Just go ahead and do it...If you pay attention to the calorie count and don't over sweeten, it's rather healthy. Just sayin. I'm having the rest of it for breakfast tomorrow :)
